We’ll install a non-structural model—that means it can be added at any point in the build, even after paint—in under three hours.

With no venting, gas lines or framing needed, the disruption is minimal and the results transformational. The flame and ember bed lighting can even be adjusted to match your room’s style.

Homes with fireplaces sell two weeks faster than those without, and each unit can add up to $5,000 to a home’s value. Terms & Conditions

Model Homes Requirement:

• Program is only open to residential home building companies
• Model homes must be open to the general public for a minimum of 180 days
• Builder must have a minimum of 50 homes available to be sold in a subdivision where product is displayed
• Model home product placement must be fulfilled by an authorized Hearth & Home Technologies distributor
• Only current product is eligible

Show Homes Requirements:

• All hearth products featured must be manufactured by Hearth & Home Technologies
• Show home must be fully furnished
• Show home must be open to the general public for a minimum of three weekends within a 30 day period
• Show home must be registered with a residential home exhibition (i.e. Parade of Homes, Artisan Home Tour, Luxury Home Tour, Home-A-Rama, etc.)
• Only current product is eligible
• Maximum of 10 show homes permitted annually for product placement through program
